CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSR’s):
Whether by phone or in person, our CSR's are our first and last point of contact for our clients and are therefore largely responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining, exceptional customer rapport while providing "five star" client service. CSR responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, setting up new clients and patients, preparing and maintaining medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer entries, handling financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area housekeeping. A great attitude, ability to multi-task, and superior client communication skills are a must.

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS
We seek skilled technicians committed to the highest standard of medical care for our patients. Our technicians are an integral part of the practice where team work is the focus of our progressive medical service offering. Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors in every aspect of medical care for our patients. Responsibilities include: patient wellness care, laboratory procedures, radiology, surgical assistance and patient monitoring, patient treatments, exam room assistance, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, rehabilitation, and medical record maintenance and client education and communications.

ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANTS (ACA)
Our clients place a great deal of trust in us when they leave there beloved pets in our care. Our ACA's are compassionate, self-motivated, highly skilled, people who understand and share a special bond with our boarders and patients. Their primary responsibility is providing excellent care and ensuring the well-being of patients and boarders who are staying with us. They are also responsible for maintianing a clean, comfortable and safe environment within the hospital.
